No, you will receive your e-Card via e-mail from the American Heart Association within 20 business days of your course completion.

How do I claim my eCard?

As soon as the AHA processes your card, they will send you an email with a link to claim your eCard. If you have not received an email, you can always check here to see if it is ready to be claimed yet:

What class do I need? I need a CPR certification card for work, school, etc.

Great! You just need to sign up for one of the 'CPR/AED/BLS' classes listed on the Upcoming Classes page!

Where are the classes held?

This classes are held at our St Augustine home-office location on Anastasia Island (near the Bridge of Lions). I am not able to give the exact address until payment is complete (unfortunately I have had to adapt this policy after some prior difficulties). Thank you for your understanding!

Congratulations on pursuing your Captains License! You just need to select the USCG Approved CPR/AED/First Aid course option at checkout.

What if I don't need a certification card?

Both the Infant CPR Class (focuses more on child/infant CPR) and the Hands Only Class (focuses more on adults but also teaches Child/Infant CPR) are available for those who do not need a certification card. These abbreviated versions are perfect for community groups, church groups, neighborhood associations, Boy/Girl Scout groups, etc. Please contact us now to schedule a class!

How do I cancel/reschedule my class?

Cancellation policy: Because class size is limited and spaces are reserved, there is a $50 fee to cancel/reschedule a class.

No-shows do not qualify for refunds or rescheduling.
